Your Documentation Needs
A valid passport is your best identification.
AS OF DECEMBER 31st, 2005 - ALL
TRAVELERS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT. BIRTH CERTIFICATES ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED.
Military personnel should remember to always carry their Military Identification Card.
When
leaving the B V I all passengers are required to pay $5.00 Departure Tax
Children five years and under are exempted from departure tax.
Your Drivers License will not be accepted by either the United States Virgin Islands Immigration Department or the British Virgin Islands Immigration Department
Currency
Both U.S.V.I and The B.V.I trade in US currency
